- Required a MBA with a minimum of 5yrs experience for the post of Executive assistant.
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary.
- Maintain all important documents & files.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Planning & Scheduling Meeting.
- Maintain Daily Report.
- Preparing PowerPoint Presentations.
- Handling of confidential correspondence.
- Follow ups & coordination work.
- Assisting in day to day office work.
- Managing the data properly.
- Preparing reports as per the requirement.
- Assign tasks to internal teams.
- Agenda of the meeting & after that marinating MOM of the meeting.
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
